Media Budget
This unit project is media budget. You will collect advertising spending information by your brand and its competition and select appropriate methods to develop a media budget for the campaign.
This project should include most of the following:
- Ad spending of your brand (or its parent company) in recent 2-3 years
- Major competitors or your brand’s category ad spending
- Estimated media costs for your brand’s new ad campaign
- Key considerations and justifications for the media budget
- Examples of possible rates for selected media
Submission. Each project should consist of 8-12 slides, including the cover and references slides. The cover slide should have unit number, the brand name and logo, and your name. The project should include at least 3 references in MLA style (including links) on a separate slide. Regardless you use Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides, please save the file in PDF and submit it to the designated Assignments folder under Assessments. Take a final look at the PDF before submission to make sure nothing is out of shape when being saved. Only submit the final version. No email submission. No late project unless in documented emergency.
