 HR Strategy Analysis. For this project you will select primary health care organization – and prepare an analysis of the Human Resources strategy, how it aligns with organizational strategy and how it can be used as the framework for resolving HR issues and challenges. This should include the following components:

• Provide a brief introduction of the company.
• Identify the most significant HR challenge, need or issue that this company is facing staffing shortage.
• Assess current technological, economic and demographic forces affecting the organization.
• Explain how effective implementation of an HR strategy can be used to address issues that arise.
• Through various means of research, gather information on the HR strategy (or lack thereof) of the organization you have selected.
• Using the strategy as a framework, develop a solution for the selected HR challenge.
• Recommend changes, improvements and/or alternatives to the existing HR strategy. 

This project should be at least 6 pages in length and be written in APA format. A minimum of 5 different scholarly sources should be cited in the paper. Include any information, documents, interviews with HR professionals or other supplemental material to support your conclusions.

Compose your essay in APA format, including the introduction and conclusion, and in-text citations for all sources used.
