Throughout ENT-446, you worked on developing pro forma statements and a business plan using the "Business Model Canvas." For this assignment, you will refer back to the pro forma statements and add to your existing canvas to identify the resources you need to execute the business plan. The "Cost Structure" and "Revenue Streams" sections of the canvas should provide clear information related to financing the project.

Consider the following questions when updating all sections of the "Business Model Canvas."

1. What resources, internal activity costs, and partnership costs do you need to actually execute the plan?
2. Based on the selected target market and the expected sales volume for that group, what is the total projected revenue?
3. What period of time do the sales/revenue projections encompass?
4. Considering the volume of units or services delivered, what are the total resources needed to deliver them?
5. What gaps have been identified, and how can these gaps be funded?

Access the "Business Model Canvas" to modify your current business plan information. Follow the steps below to update the canvas.

1. Access "The Business Model Canvas" using the link provided in the topic material.
2. Log in and select your existing canvas.
3. To update relevant sections within the canvas, click on the blue pencil icon to access specific directions related to the information that should be provided in each section of the canvas.
4. Click the orange plus sign to add information to the canvas.
5. When the canvas is complete, select "Export" to save your canvas as a PDF file.
