INSTRUCTIONS
Minimum requirement is 800 words (2-3 pages). I will not grade any paper that does not meet this minimum requirement; 800 words does not guarantee an “A.” It is the baseline of where I begin my evaluation. I am evaluating your ability to apply the learning from the semester. I am looking for a full explanation of concepts including examples/explanations. My instructions cannot be counted as part of your word count should you decide to copy and paste them into your work.
This does not need to be written in essay form. You may submit it numbered like the questions, below.
I. Beginning of the Semester: Refer back to Chapter 1 to the “Assessing Your Human Relations Abilities and Skills” on pages 18-21.
(a) What five skills were your strengths? Describe each skill and provide an example for each of the skills that supports your answer.
(b) What five skills were your weakest? Describe each skill and provide an example for each of the skills that supports your answer.
II. Semester Review:
Compare where you were at the beginning of the semester and where you are now.
What are the five most important abilities and skills you have developed and/or things you have learned through this course? Refer to information in the textbook, “Bridging the Skills Gap” assignments, the video discussions, and the Self-Assessments. Provide examples to demonstrate the changes.
Include your word count at the end of the paper before you submit it.
