Develop a 1-day meal plan for an athlete of the team.

What is the goal of the athlete?
Lose weight?
Gain weight?
Lean out?
Improve performance?
The athlete’s age, weight, height, & BMI should all be given
Calculate the athlete’s RMR using the St. Mifflin Jeor Method and also calculate activity level to get total calories
Include meal times, serving sizes of each food, exercise mode, length of exercise, training/exercise times, etc.
Once your meal plan is developed, use your own knowledge, a computer software program or a website like www.myfitnesspal.com or www.sparkpeople.com to analyze dietary composition
Provide the day’s total calories and percentages of the three major macronutrients and justification for the mount of each in the athlete’s meal plan
This project should be no longer than two pages. If you use ANY book, research article or website to create your plan, the reference MUST be given.

Meal plans should be original; DO NOT copy or use another source’s diet or plan.
