farewell – speech

I would like to present a speech infant of the management to say a goodbye for our nursing director. Please construct a small speech 2-3 minutes
These are some of our moments:
First time we met when I joined the hospital back in 2017, he was the section head of nursing operation. Very welcoming, and approachable and accommodating.
In 2019, our director of nursing resigned, and during her farewell party, I said, its going to be hard for the one who will come after you because you raised the bar.
– He was appointed as a director of nursing, and he believed in all, including me- he asked me to handle critical care section during-amidst the pandemic of covid-19. He believed in me even though, he knew that the new supervisors of icu and Cath-lab had no previous experience in nursing leadership and management. His trust, helped to overcome the challenge, now we have 2 wonderful supervisors.
– He introduced many projects such as clinical nurse resource, 5ps, and many more.
– One of his last obvious achievements was the love and respect that nurses showered him with in his final day.
– We wish him all the success in his new role.
