Create a PPT that outlines one of the following Security Rule Safeguards and Requirements (you choose).

• Physical Safeguards

Develop your PPT as if you were going to present it to an executive management team of a large healthcare organization. The intent of your presentation will be to educate the team about implementation of your chosen portion of the Security Rule. In order to provide an adequate level of information to this team, your presentation notes (the verbal portion) will need to go into some detail.

Your PPT should meet the following specifications.

• Between 8 and 10 slides (including a title/introductory slide, content slides, “wrap up” or closing slide, and a reference slide).
• Reference slide should include at least three (3) sources of information.
• The notes section of each slide must be completed with a script of exactly what you will say during your presentation. (This is where you go into detail)
  • Note: This is a professional presentation, so language should be appropriate. The notes section should not be a summary or a bullet list – it should be word for word what you would say to this executive management team during your presentation.
• Slide design should be professional in appearance with effective balance. (not to cluttered, good color choices, appropriate borders, pictures, art, etc. that do not distract from the message.)
