“I have written the paper and gotten feedback from instructor. You have to EDIT according to feedback.
Feedback: “I would review and clarify how you use the goals of the organization and how you see this in the context of this with the course goals and policing in general. I would use more peer reviewed articles and careful review of how you argue this and the main argument of the paper.”  for the current paper.

Reflection (1 to 2 pages)
  • A reflection of the feedback you decided to or not to incorporate in your final essay and how you have improved your final essay based on the feedback received in your draft.
  • You should also include a reflection of your process of elaboration of the draft. How was it to research this organization/initiative? What would you have liked to improve?
  • The reflection piece can be organized in bullet points grouped around the main comments/feedback provided in your draft.
