The exchange rate between dollar (US currency) and won (Korean currency) was 1180 Won/$; and the exchange rate between dollar (US currency) and euro is 1.4/$ in 2019, and the exchange rate increased to 1210 Won/$ and 1.5/$, respectively in 2020. Based on this scenario, develop a two-page essay discussing the following questions.
- Predict the pattern of export and import between those three countries in 2020 compared to 2019. In other words, would exports from US to South Korea and European countries increase or decrease? Would imports from South Korea and European countries increase or decrease?
- Based on this information, would foreign investment in the U.S. increase or decrease?
- Is there any biblical principle you can identify based on your discussions from section 1 and 2?
