Process recordings offer you the opportunity to revisit interviews/meetings/events you have completed and analyze them in retrospect. They are opportunities to examine your interactions with persons in client status, get feedback from your supervisor and instructor, and address any feelings (yours) that may have surfaced during the interview. Therefore, you are addressing and examining both the content and the process of the interaction with others.Format:1.Cover page should include your name and the date of the interview. a.Setting- agency context; describe place (office, classroom, playground, home etc)b.Background of person in client status (be sure to change any identifying characteristics to maintain the anonymity of the person). You want to include the general age of the person(s), gender, race, and any other information that you think useful, without disclosing their identity! How well do you know this person, etc.c.Purpose of interview- You are seeing the person in client status for some professional reason2.Recreate up to 15 minutes of the interview. You should do this as soon after the actual interview as possible and be as precise in terms of the verbal and nonverbal communication as possible.
