1. We have just finished the report as well as the group work. And, in my own opinion, I noticed that there are members in the group who are still not actively participating in the group work. They are silent and only speak up when asked and only participate in their part. I think this is called "The Silent One" (p. 328). I think teamwork so we need to cooperate and help each other will help the work develop more. I would use the ask team member to talk to their neighbor solution. I think this will be a measure to help this member integrate and share more ideas with the group. Through that, everyone can listen to each other’s opinions and find the best solution for the report.
2. 7-C. I. Passive response: I shut up and let them in first. I think they will be in a hurry to get help right away.
Aggressive response: I’ll ask them to line up in order from the back. Let everyone be fair.
Assertive response: I will call the bookstore security and ask them to get out of the line immediately because of this rudeness.
II. Passive response: I clean up when it’s messy because I also live in the house.
Aggressive response: I would ask them to rearrange my gear and ask before using mine.
Assertive response: I warn them about the messy and sloppy way of life. At the same time, I will issue a warning if no change forces them to leave.
Q. 1: I would normally choose aggressive response. I think I will make suggestions politely for the listener to understand and change.
Q. 2: I would say this is my choice in most situations, but it’s not absolute. For those who try to resist, I must use assertiveness to deal with it and force them to immediately realize their mistake.
Q. 3: I can give in or forgive the first time I encounter this problem. Everyone has their reasons, and I should sympathize with them.
Q. 4: After ignoring them but they still don’t change or continue the wrongdoing, taking aggressive measures is necessary to increase the severity of the problem.
Q. 5: In my opinion, depending on the case, we take appropriate measures. Sometimes we need to put ourselves in their problems to choose the best course of action.

3.1: I understand the problem you are facing is the trust of the empowered person. To change this, you need to prove to them that you can do the job perfectly.
3.2: I think your report is still lacking and needs more information. You can ask me any issues that you have not covered in the report. I think you will finish it sooner.
3.3: I understand the problem you are having is working with someone who is very detailed. In order to feel comfortable working with them, you should get more information by talking to them about your ideas.
3.4: I think you should make an announcement to change their mind and bring it back to what your team needs. You can ask them to prioritize the necessary issues. Give your opinion and vote for agreement.
3.5: I will come up with better policies to keep them.
I would ask about customer service policies that still haven’t satisfied them or what we can do better for them.
3.6: As a listener, I can’t focus or understand what the speaker wants to say in case they turn their backs or express all their ideas.
