The Perfect Life
This assignment is to develop a description of your perfect life as you want to live it. That may sound strange, but based on all that we have been studying this semester, you can see what makes for a life well-lived. Really think about this as you develop ideas over the next week or so as to how you want your life to unfold.
What are you goals in life? What types of goals have we learned this semester enhance life? Go back and search a little in notes and the book. Remember things like money are good in some quantity, but research shows money does not buy the enhanced life or the life well-lived.

You might organize with the following areas of life (in whatever order):
Academic goals;
Religious/Spiritual goals;
Physical heath goals and Emotional health goals;
Career/work/calling goals;
Family and friendship goals
This might seem a little overwhelming, but take a little time to day dream. Then take that daydreaming and see how it can become your life with the information we have learned on what qualities we have to have and seek to increase life happiness.
A good thing to bring in is the VIA strengths you have. Not just the top 5 but more the top 12. Also, are there some strengths that are low that you want to work on to strengthen which will help with creating long lasting happiness.
