By this point, you should have decided upon a particular issue within the labor community that deserves further investigation. Using what you have learned (or will learn) about research and argument, you must produce a well-researched essay that both explores your narrowed focus and reflects your position. It is imperative that your paper also include consideration of opposing views or challenges to your position in order to demonstrate a well-developed argument and your understanding of various viewpoints. Sources: Students may use a total of six sources. Use the CAARP test when deciding whether or not a source is worthy of inclusion in your paper.
