   4. To receive credit for this activity, choose one of the following:

      2. Submit a couple of paragraphs discussing the process of improving your preparedness OR 
      3. Submit a statement of outcome, either I have reviewed this information with my household and have updated my plan, or I have reviewed the information in this module and decline to participate in this activity.
