The purpose of Presentation 4 is to develop your ability to explain andpersuade a companys management team that you are highly capable of designingand carrying out organizational change.
In your Week 3 Problem-Solving Presentation, you hopefully persuadedyour companys management team that specific steps/actions needed to be takento address a significant workplace issue or problem. In the Week 4Presentation, you will present to the management team your plan explaining howyou will carry out those steps to address the issue or solve the problem. Avoid repeating information and slides fromyour Week 3 Presentation. Be sure to focus on and discuss the following:actions, materials, personnel, timeline, and budget needed. In addition,briefly discuss how your experience, ability, and credibility qualifies you tolead this organizational change.
Your Presentation 4 will have to include a table(s) and at least onegraph (compare potential time, costs, sick days, etc., if your change is notmade), as well as other visuals to support or illustrate the keyword text. Themanagement team has given you 6-8 minutes for your presentation. Yourassignment should reflect what you have learned from the Week 1, 2, 3, & 4Reading, Lectures, and Collaborate sessions.
