Opportunity Assessment Paper (100 points):
The goal of the Opportunity Assessment Paper is to present a plan to launch an existing product into one of the identified high potential countries for a company that you choose, based on market opportunity and market gap. The company must be an MNC and/or SME and can be based anywhere in the world. Think of the “plan” as a preliminary internal presentation to senior management requesting approval to proceed with the launch. Please note – financial analysis of the plan is outside the scope of this paper.

Before writing this paper, you will need to conduct secondary research to identify the product (product category) and an actual MNC and/or SME that produces the product you selected for your plan to launch. Please ask questions if you need clarification, I would be happy to clarify.
The Opportunity Assessment Paper MUST deliver the following:
1. The specific product (product category) that you will focus on.
2. The real (actual MNC and/or SME) company you will be and why.
3. Specific opportunity and rationale. (20 points)
4. Rationale for specific country/mega city that you will target (not the U.S.). Rationale should include demographic information (statistics). (20 points)
5. The target audience within that country/mega city and how you segmented the market. (20 points)
6. Cultural problems and opportunities. (20 points)
7. Conclusion (summary)
8. Citations within the paper and Reference Page.
For the Opportunity Assessment Paper, you MUST submit a 5-page, normal margins, 11-point font, single-spaced paper, including full citation (using any conventional format, such as APA), and reference page (at the end of your paper and not included in 5-page count).
