This is the third out of three performance tasks assigned during this course. Performance tasks are essentially the application of course content that you have learned to date in order to solve a simulated problem of some kind. The intention is to replicate some of the types of real-life situations that you are likely to face in the field.

For this Assignment, you will visually analyze data from a dataset and accompanying chart of the data and write up your interpretation of the data and results and conclusions you can draw from the data. 

To Prepare:

• Review Performance Tasks #1 and #2 from Weeks 4 and 7.
• Review the data, found in the Case Study Performance Tasks document in the Learning Resources, to complete this Performance Task #3.
• Review the required readings and required media in the Learning Resources.  

Assignment (12 pages):

• Use the data from the Case Study Performance Tasks document and chart the data in your Excel document.
• Create a Word document and include a section called Results.
• Copy and paste your charted data into the Results section of your Word document.
• Perform a visual analysis of the data and interpret as if you were making a clinical decision.
•  Write up your interpretation of the data in your Results section.

Use proper APA format and references for your paper.

By Day 7
