One way to define theory is “a set of principles on which the practice of an activity is based.”  In social work practice, we look at theories to help understand or guide our perspectives of human and systems’ behavior.  While theories do not apply to all people, situation, or things, it generally gives insight into certain situations.

For this assignment, please select one theory and post in the Theory Selection announcement.  There are over 20 selections; two people cannot have the same theory. Develop a fact sheet with at least two (2) reputable sources. As you are discussing the theory, please make sure to interpret the information in your own words to demonstrate understanding avoid any issues/concerns with plagiarism.
