  Step  1: Ask yourself what  is the  basic  purpose  in  the  work  (or  personal life experience)  that I do?   

  Step  2: What are some of the unique aspects that I bring  to  this work  (or personal life  experience)? 

    Step  3: What values are most important to  what I do?  

   Step  4: Review  the use of the action  verb  PDF.  

     Step 5: Create your personal mission  statement. 

    Step  6: Complete the infographic assignment  using  your  newly  created  personal mission  statement. Be sure to make your personal  mission statement the focus of the infographic.  The  link between  academia  and  professional  identity  is  strong  and  therefore  your  infographic  should be  visually  appealing  yet  remain  professional  and  informative.  Consider  being  quite selective  when  designing  your  infographic.
