After reading Chapter 2.4 “Striving for wholeness (general practices),” Chapter 2.5 “Striving for wholeness (HR processes),” and Chapter 2.6 “Listening to evolutionary purpose” in our textbook, complete the following exercise:

What, in your opinion, are the TWO most important differences between Orange practices and Teal practices?  Why did you choose these two items?  Why is the Teal practice more beneficial to the organization and to the employee him or herself?  If the Teal practice is an “advancement,” why so?  Do be sure to make connections with what is discussed in our textbook.
