You will conduct a thorough assessment of the firm that runs a minimum of 15 pages. This includes an assessment of the firm and the industry. In terms of the industry, you should assess its competitors, customers, suppliers, strategic groups, and industry life cycle. You want to generate insight that the CEO of the firm doesnt even yet understand but finds valuable.
Write a 20 page paper that focuses on planning the future strategy for growth (i.e., exploitation and exploration). This strategy has to:
1.    Add value and be feasible.
2.    Undergo market analysis and financial analysis to convince the reader it can work.
3.    Be concrete, and get to the specifics of implementation (i.e., The How).
4.    It has to be insightfulso much so that the CEO feels like you understand her situation.
5.    Increase either revenues or profits significantly if correctly implemented.
6.    Impress the CEO who feels like you are adding value to the business.
