Go to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office website and learn about victim services.  What information is available that could be helpful working our victim Reyna from the previous case study #2?   What is the Maricopa County Victims’ Compensation Fund?   Review the Victims’ Compensation Brochure and Application for Crime Victim Compensation on the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office website.   

Review   "Victims Comp Rules" posted in the FILES section of our classroom.    Would Reyna (from case study #2)  be eligible for benefits?   Do you ethically/theoretically agree with your findings?
