#1 Take the Emotional Intelligence test   Then reflect on your experience by developing a minimum 15 to 20 sentence written response focusing on 

• what you discovered about yourself,
• how you are experiencing emotional intelligence in your life right now, and
• why emotional intelligence is related to the ability to listen critically and carefully.

OR

#2 Read the follow article 

then sit down and actually write that Thank You Note youve been meaning to write (then send it).  Then reflect on your experience by developing a minimum 15 to 20 sentence written response focusing on 

• what you discovered about yourself,
• how you are experiencing emotional intelligence in your life right now, and
• why emotional intelligence is related to the ability to listen critically and carefully.
