2. Using what you have learned this week, consider inflation and standard of living affect you personally, as well as in the workplace. Assume you have recently taken on the role of a financial advisor that is working to help individuals’ budget and develop payroll plans for organizations. Develop a document that you would use to help in the planning process.
3. Your work should include:
   1. 10 questions to ask that will help in the planning stages.
   2. Pass the questions along to one friend/family member and one person in the role of management.
   3. Summarize for each individual what your recommendations might be (minimum 250 words each). Your work should be professional and should show thorough understanding of each concept.
4. When you have completed your assignment, save a copy for yourself and submit a copy to your instructor using the Assignment submission page by the end of the workshop.
