TOPIC:
A 58-year-old Greek woman comes into the dental office and tells you that her dentures hurt. Upon reviewing the health history, the RDH finds that she continually wears the dentures without taking them out overnight. During the intraoral exam, The RDH discovers moderate debris and plaque in the tissue-bearing surface of the denture as well as irritated tissue under the denture.
