The second component of this assignment will be your own originalresearch. Using the website openstates.org search for either your billspecifically or use search terms that are related to your bill (please let meknow what search terms you used).
1) Review WestVirginia state laws and a piece of legislation that deals with your topic.Explain the bill and how it relates to your research.
