- Present levels of performance
- Annual goals
- Reporting of student progress
- Accommodations, modifications, and support services
- Least restrictive environment and related services
- Participation in state and district-wide assessments
- Frequency and duration of services
- Transition services
Then, at the end of your IEP, write a short narrative (2-3 pages) in which you predict particular legal issues and requirements that may arise during Toby’s IEP meeting. Following your predictions, propose ways that you might address the issues.
