   The recommendation must be justified through the relevant theory, as well as research and  discussion of other companies having successfully used this recommendation or studies that  support the beneficial use of the recommendation;  You must be convincing, encouraging the client to use this recommendation by discussing the  benefits of it but also addressing the potential challenges. To ensure you get their business, you  must address how to overcome suchchallenges;   A minimum three peer reviewed journal articles (published within the last 10 years) be used in the Clear argument of why  recommendation should be  implemented and why it will  work through justification and  discussion  theories/concepts of scientific management -cooperation OR TRAINING WORKERS ,,,,recommendation must consider only cooperation OR TRAINING WORKERS ….principal of scientific management   ONLY ONE PRINCIPLE
