3.  Do you think that senior executives should be closely involved with the frontline day-to-day operations of the business as Brewer was?

 Explain in a comprehensive manner, in no less than one paragraph, your thoughts on whether senior executives in your current or past organization should be closely involved with the frontline day-to-day operations of the business as Brewer is doing at Starbucks.
