Module 6: Project Dashboards

Dashboards and Scorecards

Dashboards and scorecards are different communications tools that project teams may use. In this week’s discussion, we are going to compare dashboards and scorecards and evaluate their benefits and disadvantages for project status communication.

The members of Group 1 add an initial post that supports using dashboards and the members of Group 2 add an initial post that supports using scorecards. Include examples from your experience, discuss the benefits of both, and discuss with a project manager or a practitioner to find examples of both in practice. Share your findings with the class.
