ISIS & Immigration in MS – Discuss the ethical and political rational surrounding the ISIS Raids in MS in 2019. what was the impact on vulnerable populations in MS. Support with scholarly reference. Include link to source used.

Using your policy topic/ concern, identify stakeholders and how they intersect in both governmental and non-governmental systems. Identify funding sources for previous legislation impacting your social policy.
