After watching the videos and reading chapter 14 and the process analysis information, you should be familiar with process analysis. Now it is your turn to try it. For this TEST you will write a 500-700 word (word count does NOT include Cover page, Abstract or Reference pages) essay over explaining a process (or how to do something). Now all of you can do something (whether it be cooking a dish, building something, tuning a guitar etc.). Please pay close attention to the submission deadline.  

You had a discussion post relating to this essay last week so you must stick with your approved topic.
