An implemented management and best practices are known to boost staff productivity, quality of product and services, customer relations, consistency, and continuity. It is also known fact that it’s implementation could be challenging. Implemented management is a given process whereby an organization translates its choose management style into actions and activities which would be beneficiary to the organization and enable it achieve its strategic objectives. A very successful management implementation must integrate these areas which includes people, processes, technology, structure and culture which is very essential when presenting the need for continuous implemented management and best practices.
Presenting the need for implemented management and best practices to upper management could be challenging but with the right techniques and plan, it is achievable. To ensure proper presentation, make sure the management plans and aligned with the core organizational mission, vision and values. Building a effective management leadership to address areas of interest. Creation of an implementation plan and the allocation for budgetary resources. The implementation plan should cover objectives and responsibilities which will align to management structures and processes. Making adjustments to the plan is also fundamental to successful implementation. Then finally develop an organization culture that would go a long way to support the strategy.

Good afternoon Professor and classmates,
Management is always in a position that I do not envy, I’ve had to work in many leadership roles and there have only been one or two that I truly loved. I also believe that it depends on what position of leadership you are in that makes all the difference, high up enough and it can be easier to delegate to others, real low level gets all the work and blame. And then there is that position right in the middle that catches everything from the blame to the extra work, worked it all myself!
There are some parts though that make it easier for a manager, such as the employees you have working underneath you, that can definitely help or make things harder. But there are some other parts too and the first when working in changes at all levels is to choose the employees that are the most knowledgeable and the hardest workers to implement changes. Other ideas you can help employees with is to make sure that the ideas are understood, and that they are relevant to the organization overall.
